I worked with Darren and the Word Hub team on several occasions in my role in marketing at a Higher Education institution. Projects were predominantly translating collateral into Simplified Mandarin, but they also translated content into Arabic, Russian, Bulgarian and a range of other languages too. One of the key reasons we worked with the Word Hub was because of their formatting service, so we had confidence that final files were accurate, and translated content wasn’t being dropped in by our in house design team from a word doc, which can often lead to errors in translation. The team were always incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful and the majority of the translations were of high quality. On the handful of occasions where tweaks were suggested following our in house review, the team were very responsive to this and worked with us to reach a solution that was agreed by both the translator and the reviewer. Highly recommended.

I needed several large briefing documents translated into multiple European languages. I found WordHub via a recommendation from a colleague who said they offered a high quality but personal approach to the tasks. I’d had poor experiences of being fobbed off and let down by large multinationals providers, so was very pleased when they took the job on, completed it to budget and to the SLA. Can highly recommend them and will be going back with other projects.
