The role of the Project Manager is to coordinate each element of our resource to deliver the maximum benefit possible to our clients.
Our bilingual PMs are highly experienced and specialised, with an obsessive attention to detail. They possess a depth of knowledge across the wide range of documentation types generated by our clients. Specific experience of technical content enables thorough and accurate assessment of each project. This informs the rapid decision making required to assemble multi-disciplinary teams of professional translators, editors, proofreaders, software engineers and formatters. These teams work together as a cohesive unit to deliver our service.
Our PMs create the translator environment by preparing the linguistic assets required for each project. This includes creation and application of client specific translation memories, pretranslation, sourcing and supply of reference materials, collation of preferred terminology, establishing style guides and facilitating Q&A throughout.
Their work is measured and audited within our ISO9001:2008 quality management system compliant with the European Standard BS EN-15038.
